This hotel is perfectly located, being right next to a large public square and just a short walk to Naples central station. It's the ideal spot to base yourself for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern decor. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views across the city. Plus, there are plenty of eateries and shops nearby to satisfy your needs.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as noise from neighboring guests can be quite distracting at times.

They went out of their way to assist us with any requests or questions we had. we really appreciated the strong wifi connection, which made it easy for us to stay connected during our trip. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, being conveniently close to the train station and providing easy access to transportation options.

One thing that I didn't particularly like about this hotel was the air conditioning, as it felt a little weak and didn't cool the room as effectively as I would have liked. Another minor drawback was that there was not enough soap provided in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient.

It's also in a fairly rough area, but don't let that deter you as the hotel itself is a safe haven. Excellent value for money. The prices here are extremely reasonable for what you get - clean and spacious rooms with air conditioning, free wifi, and even the option of a room with a nice view. The staff at this hotel are top-notch. They provide great service and are always attentive to detail, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only slight downside was that breakfast was not included in the rate. However, this was hardly an issue as there are plenty of eateries, cafes, and pastry shops nearby to satisfy your morning cravings.
